Use :
1. In the food industry, it can be used as a nutritional fortifier, added to infant food, dairy products, beverages, and baked goods to increase calcium content, suitable for the development of "high calcium" healthy foods. L-Calcium lactate has good water solubility, does not produce precipitation, and is more suitable for liquid food fortification. It can also be used as an acidity regulator, stabilizer, and fermentation food additive.
2. In the pharmaceutical field, it can be used as a calcium supplement, electrolyte supplement, and pharmaceutical excipient.
3. It can be used as health food and sports nutrition food, added to sports drinks to supplement calcium lost during exercise, prevent muscle cramps, and the lactate radical can participate in energy metabolism to relieve fatigue.
